I will be a first year MPH-biomed sciences student. I am trying to find a roommate to share an apartment with either by mid-July or beginning of August in the Rensselaer area. I am looking for a clean, nonsmoker, and considerate roommate. My monthly range at the moment is $600-$750 including utilities.
