I am interested in sharing a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom lovely apartment in the Meadowbrook complex in Slingerlands. It would be $682.5/month, and includes heat, water, sewer and trash removal. So only electric, internet and cable are the utilities not included in the rent. I am a professional employee at the university and would look for at least a one year commitment to live there.
