Hello, My name is Robert and I will be continuing on with a MPH in epi. I just finished completing the certificate course last semester while I was working full time in a Day Habilitaction center with people with disabilities that was located on a farm in central NY. Yeah it was pretty cool. I am 27, and hoping to find roommates that are little mature, but not a stick in the mud. I don't drink most of the time or at all, once in the past 3 months. So while doing some research I found that the best place for someone who doesn't have a car, not my situation, would be to live on Madison Ave, because the bus to east campus travels on the Ave. See here for the whole rout description. So with that in mind I found this listing on Criaglist: 3 bedroom bottom unit on Madison ave. It looks legit and not bad at 286 per person, or 860 per month for a year long lease. That includes only water. This is nice because the place includes Washer and dryer, albeit it in the kitchen pantry. I am not sure about the sum of utilities in the winter, but I expect it not to be more then 100 per person? But we can ask for more details after I find some roommates that are interested to go in on it. Oh btw the bus is free for us! The best way to contact me is through my email: rbikwemu@albany.edu. I look forward to hearing from you, please give a short introduction to yourself and what you plan on concentrating in at the SPH.
