Rent is cheap, the house is super nice, and is in a prime location. The apartment is already furnished with brand new living and dining room furniture. Washer/drier included and has a huge backyard. Hi, I'm interested in renting a room, but I'm a little different than your average student, so I'm not sure if this would work for you. Namely, I am 49 (but certainly young in attitude, temperament), male, and already working full-time at the NYSDOH AIDS Institute.
