Hi, so I am going to be getting an apartment at Loudon Arms Apartments and am looking for a roommate. Total rent is $1029 ($514.50 each) with heat, hot water, and internet included. My move in date is 8/16, but if someone needed to move in sooner, that might be able to be arranged. I'm coming from out of the state though so I won't be in Albany until the 16th. I already paid the security deposit ($729) and non-refundable deposit ($250), so we could just talk about to split those fees.
