Hello everyone! My name is Andrea and I am a second year MPH student looking for someone to fill a room in my apartment as my current roommate is moving out soon! The rent is $500/month with heat and hot water included (added utilities are not much extra) and it is month to month. Great location near St. Rose where you can walk to many restaurants, bars and the grocery store if needed. The area is also nice and safe and we have off-street parking.
