I am looking to sublease my apartment for the summer. It is located uptown across from the main campus in the Aspen Heights apartment complex. The building is brand new with great amenities such as a courtyard and gym all included in the rent. The apartment is a 4 bedroom apartment. All the the bedrooms will be available to sublet for the summer, I am just subletting one bedroom and my roommates are also subletting if you would like to move in with friend. The private bedroom is fulling furnished with a full sized bed, desk, drawers, walk-in closet, and a private full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, a double sink with a garbage disposable, and there is also a washer and dryer located in the apartment. The living and dining area are also fully furnished and comes with a 50" Smart TV with cable and wifi all included in the rent. The apartment is available for June and July, but if you need to move in earlier that can be worked out. The rent is $845 per month and if you have a car the garage parking is $50 per month. The rent includes heat, a/c, water, gas, and access to the amenities. So the only thing not included in the rent is electricity which is usually about $20 a month, and there is also valet trash that is $5 a month.
